Addictions/illnesses treated : Treats people with enduring mental health issues, including those who are required to abstain from illegal drugs and alcohol and those with physical health problems or brain injury. It also services adult males with challenging behaviour as a result of Huntington’s Disease or early on-set dementia.

Accommodation : The clinic has 40 bedrooms with adapted en-suite showers and bathrooms across single sex wards. The gardens are well-maintained, and there are social and recreational areas and activities. Controlled access systems.
Alcohol Treatment : Flexible care programmes tailored to meet individual needs. Treatment includes life skills, social adaptation, health awareness, self-esteem building, social skills and self-medication management.
Staff : A high staff to patient ratio. The clinic has an exceptionally skilled multi-disciplinary team that includes a consultant psychologist, consultant psychiatrist, occupational therapist, nursing staff and a speech and language therapist. Other professionals are called in as required, such as a physiotherapist, optometrist and dentist.
